Site Supervisor - Preschool Church of the Good Shepherd Preschool Grange Site Preschool | Corral de Tierra, CA Church of the Good Shepherd Preschool is seeking a qualified Site Supervisor / Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year at our Grange Site Preschool. We are looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about creating a play-based, child-centered, and developmentally appropriate learning environment where children learn through exploration, creativity, and meaningful relationships. Our program honors each child as a unique creation of God, and we believe faith is nurtured through everyday experiences of love, kindness, wonder, and community. Our Grange Site Preschool is located at 348 Corral de Tierra Road , just off Highway 68, in a beautiful country setting.

Responsibilities Work under the direction of the Preschool Director to oversee a high-quality, play-based preschool program. Teach a morning program with a co-teacher Provide leadership and support to teachers in creating classrooms that foster curiosity, empathy, cooperation, and respect. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool site. Demonstrate a strong commitment to play-based and inquiry-driven early childhood education. Maintain effective communication with the Preschool Director, staff, and families. Qualifications Meet the education and experience requirements for a Site Supervisor as defined in Title 22, California Code of Regulations, Community Care Licensing . Minimum of two years of Site Supervisor experience. Successful completion of a Live Scan fingerprint clearance in accordance with Title 22 requirements. Current health screening, including TB test results. Ability to lift, reach, squat, climb, sit, and actively participate in all school activities.
