As a vital member of our team, you will work with another teacher to create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that engage babies and encourage social-emotional growth. We focus on creating a fun, structured environment where both children and staff can thrive. ✔ Positive, drama-free team culture ✔ Full-time position ✔ No nights or weekends What You'll Do Plan and teach lessons that are aligned with early childhood education standards Maintain classroom structure Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment Manage classroom routines efficiently while ensuring safety and compliance with childcare regulations Engage with children through hands-on activities that enhance cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills Utilize classroom management techniques to foster respectful interactions and encourage cooperative play Ability to manage a classroom effectively while maintaining a positive learning environment Conduct assessments and monitor progress Supervise children and ensure safety at all times Communicate professionally with staff and families Collaborate with families to support child welfare and developmental milestones through regular communication Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools when appropriate to monitor progress and inform instruction Demonstrate a commitment to child welfare, and safety protocols Support children's literacy education by integrating reading activities and language-rich interactions into daily routines Requirements (Please Read Carefully) 12 ECE/CD units required (transcripts required during hiring process) Additional 3 ECE/CD units related to infants (transcripts required during hiring process) Must pass background check, TB test, and a physical (current on immunizations) Must have experience working with young children Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Strong classroom management and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working in a Christian-environment Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and children
