Daycare Assistant, In-Home Daycare | 10-20 Hours per Week •
PERFECT FOR NEWLY GRADUATED HIGHSCHOOL OR COLLEGE STUDENTS
• We are seeking a reliable, caring, and responsible Full-Time Daycare Assistant to join our in-home daycare. The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys working with young children and is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.

Full-Time Daycare Assistant Schedule:
15-20 hours per week

Monday-Friday, daytime hours

1099 employee or cash pay Responsibilities Assist with the daily care and supervision of children Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing environment Engage children in age-appropriate activities, play, crafts, reading, and learning Help with meals, snacks, diapering, toileting, and other daily routines as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare area Follow daycare routines, policies, and safety procedures Support children's emotional and social development Communicate respectfully and professionally with parents and caregivers Work cooperatively with the daycare owner/provider Help ensure children are supervised and cared for at all times Qualifications Previous experience working with children preferred Must be dependable, punctual, patient, and trustworthy Must enjoy working with young children Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions Good communication and organizational skills Must be able to maintain a safe and positive environment CPR/First Aid certification Must meet all applicable licensing and background-check requirements for working in a childcare setting Physical Requirements The position may require standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, and assisting with young children throughout the day. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is kind, dependable, patient, energetic, and genuinely enjoys caring for children . A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility are very important for this position.
