Job Description
KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Granada Hills learning center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. You will build strong partnerships with families, maintain a warm, inclusive classroom, and ensure compliance with safety and licensing standards. As part of KinderCare's collaborative, growth-focused culture, you'll access ongoing training and clear opportunities to advance your early childhood education career. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons and activities. Supervise children to ensure safety and support positive behavior. Build strong, professional partnerships with families through daily communication. Observe and document children's development and learning milestones. Collaborate with center staff to support curriculum and center initiatives. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with licensing standards. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
