Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning through play
- Provide a nurturing, safe, clean, organized and supportive environment for children to thrive
- Monitor and assess each child's progress ( DRDP) to ensure developmental milestones are met.
- Collaborate with the teaching team and parents to support each child's individual needs
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning
Skills:
- Proficiency in early childhood education techniques and best practices
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of preschool curriculum development and implementation
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Experience in daycare or toddler care settings is beneficial
- Understanding of physical education for young children
Qualifications:
AA degree in Early chilhood education. BA. is preferred Min. 1 year experience in preschool / group childcare settings Multi tasking and ability to work individually and with a team Reliable and on time Experience working with children from 2-5 years of age.
