Duties Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and individual child needs Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages social-emotional development and curiosity Support children's physical development through activities such as physical education and toddler care routines Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management techniques to promote cooperation and respect Conduct assessments of child development to tailor instructional strategies and support early intervention when necessary Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate documentation of children's progress and incidents Incorporate literacy education, math activities, and childhood development principles into daily routines Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the classroom at all times Skills Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, including child development instruction and preschool teaching methods Experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings, including toddler care and classroom experience Ability to develop curriculum that supports literacy education, math skills, physical activity, and social-emotional growth Excellent communication skills for effective parent interaction and teamwork with colleagues Proficiency in classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment Familiarity with special education strategies and early intervention practices to support diverse learners Knowledge of mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety compliance First aid and CPR certification to ensure immediate response in emergencies Experience with standardized testing or assessments used in early childhood settings is a plus Ability to plan lessons effectively while adapting to the needs of individual children Passion for working with young children and fostering their overall development Join us in shaping bright futures!
