Our infant teachers are credentialed early childhood educators who lead the room with intention. Requirements Completed ECE core units (required) — Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus. Must have

units. 2+ years working with infants in a licensed childcare or preschool setting (preferred) . Working knowledge of infant development, attachment, and responsive caregiving. Calm, patient temperament and warm communication with new parents . Reliability and a genuine love for babies. Responsibilities Lead a classroom of infants ages 0-24 months. Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate sensory, motor, and social-emotional activities . Follow each baby's feeding, sleep, and developmental rhythms with precision. Practice responsive, gentle caregiving aligned with Conscious Discipline . Maintain detailed daily records and update families via our parent communication app. Send a monthly newsletter to families . Manage diapering, bottle feeding, and sanitation routines.
