We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children, can actively engage and play with them, and can provide positive guidance throughout the day. The ideal candidate should be reliable, responsible, and able to maintain consistent attendance. Duties Assist with and lead Circle Time , including songs, stories, conversations, and age-appropriate learning activities Actively supervise children throughout the day to maintain a safe and positive environment Guide children toward making appropriate and positive choices through calm reminders, encouragement, and redirection Engage and play with children while naturally encouraging language development, conversation, and social interaction Support children's social-emotional development, including sharing, taking turns, communicating feelings, and resolving small conflicts Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities that support children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development Assist with daily classroom routines, meals, bathroom needs, nap/rest time, and cleanup Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Work closely and communicate well with other teachers and staff Communicate professionally with parents when needed Preferred Qualifications Previous childcare or teaching experience is not required. We are happy to train the right person. Genuinely enjoys working with and caring for young children Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things Open to feedback and eager to grow as a teacher Patient, caring, responsible, and attentive Comfortable interacting and communicating with children ages 3-4 Able to actively engage and play with children throughout the day Able to supervise multiple children and guide them toward positive choices Early Childhood Education coursework or certification is a plus, but not required Reliable and dependable attendance is very important. We are looking for someone who can consistently come to work as scheduled and be committed to the position.

Working Conditions Maximum classroom size:

12 children Teacher-to-child ratio is approximately 1:4 in the morning and 1:4 to 1:6 in the afternoon (Extra two teachers avaiable in the morning, and one extra teacher in the afternoon) One-hour lunch break Two 10-minute breaks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon Full-time and part-time positions available Some benefits are available for full-time employees.
