Happy Days Children's Learning Center has been serving the Santa Cruz community since 1995. We offer age-appropriate programs for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers at two locations in Santa Cruz, California. If you are a fun and energetic team player, we would love for you to join our team!

Infant Teacher Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide a safe and loving environment for the infants that are in your care. Give bottles to infants as provided by parents. Feed infants solid foods as age appropriate and provided by parents. Change diapers as needed. Supervise infants on the floor as they play with age appropriate toys. Help soothe kids to sleep for naptime and put them in their cribs. Ensure play, sleep and changing areas are kept clean.

Infant Teacher Requirements and Qualifications:

Must have experience with infants and have completed the 12 core ECE core courses along with the Infant/Toddler course. Applicant must be someone who enjoys working with infants ages 2-18 months. First Aid and CPR certification. Excellent communication skills. Ability to speak, read and write English fluently. Ability to stand and move around for long hours at a time while teaching and must be able to lift no less than 30 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the workday. Caring individual who enjoys teaching young children. Must be able to interact warmly, appropriately, and professionally with children, as well as with parents, coworkers and management.
