Company Overview Licensed childcare facility dedicated to providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Our mission is to foster a love for learning and support the developmental needs of each child. Summary We are seeking a strong but passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an engaging a supportive learning environment for preschool-aged children, helping them develop essential skills and a love for learning. Shift will be a full time position. Responsibilities Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for all students. Communicate effectively with colleagues. Assess children's developmental needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Foster literacy education through creative activities and interactive learning experiences while filling in classrooms. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and classroom activities. Requirements Twelve or more Units in Early Childhood Education. Experience in implementing lesson plans and curriculum for preschool-aged children. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff (including lead/co-teachers). Knowledge of special education practices is a plus but not required. Ability to create a positive structured classroom atmosphere that encourages learning and positive behavior. Know Title 22 Regulations. Live scan clearance
