Responsibilities Design and implement age-appropriate ballet lessons tailored for toddlers, incorporating basic dance techniques and creative movement activities Lead lively, engaging ballet classes that encourage participation, imagination, and enjoyment of dance Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment for all children Incorporate elements of theater, storytelling, and musicality to make lessons dynamic and memorable Support children's social-emotional development through encouragement, positive reinforcement, and personalized attention Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and provide guidance on at-home activities Maintain a clean, organized classroom that promotes safety and facilitates smooth class transitions Skills Background in ballet with a passion for early childhood education and working with young children Experience in curriculum development tailored for preschool or toddler-aged students Excellent classroom management skills to foster a disciplined yet fun learning atmosphere Proven ability in teaching dance, theater, or related arts to young learners with patience and enthusiasm Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies Skills in lesson planning that integrate creative movement, storytelling, and music for engaging classes Familiarity with childcare practices, preschool experience, or special education is a plus Join us as a Toddler Ballet Teacher and help cultivate a joyful environment where little dancers blossom!
