Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our West Covina learning center. In this role, you will nurture young children's growth through developmentally appropriate lessons, play-based activities, and individualized support. You will maintain a safe, inclusive classroom, communicate regularly with families, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality early childhood education. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure safety, well-being, and positive behavior. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Observe, document, and assess children's developmental milestones. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and programs. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
