We serve children from infancy through 13 years old in a warm, homelike environment that emphasizes socio-emotional development and academic support. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Preschool and School Age Teacher/Driver/General Cleaning professional to join our team. This role involves engaging with children through educational activities, safely transporting them to and from school, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children, possess strong communication skills, and be committed to creating a positive, safe space for every child. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate actiovities that support early childhood education, literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional growth. Assist children with homework and classroom activities, fostering a love of learning and supporting their developmental milestones. Safely transport children to and from school, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and maintaining vehicle cleanliness. Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing general cleaning duties throughout the day to ensure health standards are met. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive behavior management techniques to promote respectful interactions. Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress, activities, and any concerns related to child welfare or development. Support classroom management by organizing materials, lesson planning, and creating engaging learning experiences tailored to various age groups including toddlers and preschoolers. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies. Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Ability to work effectively with children of different ages, including preschoolers and school-aged students. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members. Familiarity with special education needs and behavior management strategies. Knowledge of Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in daycare or private school settings is preferred.
