Responsibilities:

Preschool teachers at Off Broadway Preschool are to cover the shifts of full and part time teachers in the classroom when the Lead and Assistant teachers are unavailable to cover their shifts. It is important for substitute teachers to cooperate with other classroom teachers, support the social, emotional, physical and cognitive needs of the children, and to foster positive relationships with parents.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must meet the requirements of Early Childhood Teacher Lead Qualifications as specified by the Colorado Department of Health and Human Services. Have the desire to serve children and parents, and to work supportively with a group of experienced teachers who are committed to learning from each other, and progressing in the field of Early Childhood Education. Possess strong interpersonal, relationship building, organizational skills, and the ability to multi- task.
