Requirements:

What You'll Do Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment Provide responsive, developmentally appropriate care for infants and toddlers Plan and implement learning experiences that support each child's individual development Establish consistent routines that promote security, trust, and independence Observe children's progress and maintain required documentation Partner with families and communicate regularly about their child's development Support children's health, nutrition, safety, and social-emotional well-being Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom Work collaboratively with other teachers, family-service staff, and program leadership Follow Early Head Start, licensing, health, safety, and confidentiality requirements What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Caring, patient, dependable, and enthusiastic Passionate about working with infants, toddlers, and families Able to build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Organized and able to complete required records and documentation Willing to learn and participate in ongoing training Able to successfully complete required background checks and health screenings An Infant and Toddler Child Development Associate credential, Early Childhood Education coursework, or a related degree is preferred—but we encourage candidates who are still building their qualifications to apply.
