Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Childcare Educator to inspire and nurture young minds in a vibrant early childhood education environment. In this role, you will lead a team of educators, create engaging learning experiences, and ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating space for children to grow and thrive. Your expertise in childhood development, classroom management, and caregiving will be instrumental in fostering positive developmental outcomes for children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Seeking:
INS (Opening/Closing Shift) ($21.55-22.38/hr)
Lead Teachers:
Infant, Early Preschool, PreK ($18.82-19.55) Responsibilities Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring they are developmentally appropriate and aligned with educational standards Supervise and mentor a team of educators, supporting their professional growth and maintaining high-quality care Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Ensure the safety and well-being of all children through vigilant supervision and adherence to health and safety protocols Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage respectful interactions and self-regulation among children Collaborate with families to support each child's individual needs and developmental goals Maintain accurate documentation of children's progress, attendance records, and incident reports as required Requirements Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in classroom management Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications such as special education or working with individuals with disabilities are highly valued Demonstrated ability to lead a team of educators while maintaining a nurturing environment Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, staff, and community partners Experience with behavior management techniques and creating inclusive learning environments Ability to pass background checks and meet licensing requirements for childcare providers CDA, Early Childhood Education Degree, Child Psychology Degree, A current Early Childhood Professional Credential Level II or higher in Version 3.0 as determined by the Department Join us as a Lead Childcare Educator to inspire young learners every day! Compensation and Benefits:
  • Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience.
Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
Lead Teacher:
$18.82-19.55
  • Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
  • Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (plus company match), life and disability insurance and child care discount available to all employees
  • All employees in Colorado are eligible for paid sick leave, as required by the Healthy Families Work Act. Full-time employees are provided with 48 hours upon hire and annually each fiscal year thereafter. Part-time and temporary employees earn paid sick leave based upon hours worked.
