This role is essential in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, focusing on their developmental needs and educational growth. Duties Aiding in developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, math skills, and overall childhood development. Aiding in createing an inclusive classroom environment that supports children with diverse needs, including those with autism. Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide support and resources for children's development. Maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning. Implement effective behavior management techniques to foster positive interactions among students. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. P referred Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices. Experience working with students in a classroom setting, particularly those with special needs. Knowledge of literacy education strategies and math curriculum for early learners. Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies for working with children on the autism spectrum. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community. A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that supports all learners.
