  • 6:00 PM About the Role We're looking for caring, energetic educators to join our team.
Whether you're stepping in as a Lead Teacher, Teacher Assistant, or Floater, you'll help support young children's growth by creating a safe, fun, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. You'll plan hands-on activities, provide daily care, and partner with families to help children reach important milestones. Floater positions support classrooms across multiple age groups (Infant/Toddler or Preschool/PreK) and require flexibility and adaptability. Responsibilities Plan, implement, and monitor developmentally appropriate curriculum including weekly themes and lesson plans. Facilitate group instructional activities that support each child's growth and development. Provide a safe, responsive, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment with age-appropriate materials. Oversee daily classroom operations including attendance, student discipline, and health/safety protocols. Tend to children's personal care needs including diapering, toileting assistance, and feeding as applicable to the assigned age group. Supervise children on the playground and handle emergencies professionally. Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and classroom activities. (Floater roles) Transition flexibly between assigned classrooms and age groups to maintain ratio and provide continuity of care. Requirements Colorado Shines

Level 2 required. 2+ years of preschool or early childhood teaching experience. Patient, nurturing, and creative personality. Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. Ability to implement behavior modification techniques. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Experience working with diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds a plus. Excellent organizational and communication skills. CPR and First Aid certification. Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire.
