Our Toddler Program serves children approximately 12 months to 3 years old in an intentionally small classroom environment. Our small-group model allows teachers to provide individualized attention, responsive caregiving, meaningful observation, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences during one of the most important stages of childhood development. We are looking for an educator who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers, values consistency and high standards, and wants to be part of a professional and supportive early learning environment.

Pay:
$20-$23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Age Group:
Approximately 12 months-3 years
Classroom:
Small-group Toddler classroom with two teachers
Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, structured, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Support intentional, play-based, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for toddlers.
  • Foster language development, social-emotional growth, positive behavior, motor development, and growing independence.
  • Support daily routines including learning activities, outdoor play, meals, diapering/toileting, and rest.
  • Maintain active supervision and follow all health, safety, sanitation, and Colorado licensing requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
  • Communicate professionally with families and coworkers.
  • Share classroom photos and updates with families as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the Lead Toddler Teacher, Director, and teaching team.
  • Maintain professionalism, reliability, confidentiality, and accountability at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Experience working with toddlers in a licensed early childhood setting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of toddler development and developmentally appropriate practices.
  • Genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Patient, nurturing, energetic, dependable, and emotionally responsive.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance.
  • Comfortable with diapering, toileting, meals, outdoor play, and the physical responsibilities of working with toddlers.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Early Childhood Education.
