Early Childhood Teacher

St. Luke's Community Childcare is looking for nurturing and dependable teachers to join our small, childcare community. We are a play-based program that values exploration, emotional development, nature, and helping children feel safe, loved, and connected. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys young children, brings calm and positive leadership to the classroom, and wants to be part of a collaborative, supportive team.

Position Details:

Full-time/Part-time positions available for Toddlers, Preschool and Float Pay based on experience and qualifications ($17-23/hr)

What You'll Do:

Implement a developmentally appropriate environment with our Experience curriculum Guide children through daily routines with patience and consistency Support social-emotional learning, creativity, and independence Communicate positively with parents in person and through our app Work cooperatively with other staff Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom We believe early childhood should be joyful, connected, and meaningful — for both children and teachers.
