We are an art-inspired preschool serving children ages two and a half through six, with a vibrant learning environment focused on social-emotional development through play-based learning and emergent curriculum.

We are looking for successful candidates who possess:•A solid understanding of child development and an openness to professional growth. A commitment to collaborative co-teaching and strong communication skills•Enthusiasm for the educational process of inquiry, observation, and reflection.

Requirements and Qualifications:

•A degree in ECE or a related field or currently pursuing a degree.•We are willing to help with qualifications if your primary experience is as an assistant teacher or if you are a student striving to become an ECE teacher. No prior lead experience is needed—just a love for children and a willingness to learn. We offer a competitive salary, a supportive work environment, and extensive professional development opportunities. This is a full-time contract position that follows the school district calendar for time off, including paid time off for all major holidays, two weeks at Christmas, and one week for Spring Break.

Pay:
