Maintain current certifications such as First Aid and CPR to ensure safety standards are met at all times. Love going outside and using nature to teach children. Experience Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as preschools or daycare centers. Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management for young learners. Experience with special education needs, early intervention programs, and behavior management techniques. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and community partners. Knowledge of childhood development principles, standardized testing procedures, and child welfare practices. Prior classroom experience with toddlers or preschool-aged children is highly desirable. Familiarity with teaching physical education activities and integrating math concepts into daily lessons is a plus. Valid certifications in first aid and CPR are required; additional qualifications in childhood development or early childhood education are preferred.
