Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and experience working with young children in a nurturing and educational environment. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of preschool-aged children. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive learning environment through effective classroom management techniques. Engage with children in various activities to promote learning, including play, arts and crafts, music, and storytelling. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their child's development. Collaborate with other educators and staff to create an inclusive environment for all students, including those with special needs or disabilities. Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting that is conducive to learning. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students by adhering to first aid protocols and emergency procedures. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
Experience Candidates should possess:
Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support children's social skills. Experience in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable. Background in teaching or caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all students.
