Job Summary Join our vibrant early childhood education team as an Infant Teacher, Toddler Teacher, or Preschool Teacher! Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans tailored to the developmental stages of infants, toddlers, or preschoolers, incorporating early intervention and literacy education strategies. Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction. Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, behavior management, and classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning atmosphere. Support children's physical development through teaching physical education activities suitable for their age group. Collaborate with families to discuss progress, address concerns, and promote child welfare through effective communication skills. Utilize standardized testing and assessment tools to monitor developmental milestones and tailor instruction accordingly. Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and behavior while adhering to childcare standards and regulations. Requirements Prior experience working with children in a classroom or daycare setting; preschool experience is highly valued. Knowledge of childhood development principles or other early childhood education frameworks such as literacy education and math fundamentals. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members. Ability to manage classroom dynamics with patience and professionalism; experience with behavior management techniques is preferred. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; ongoing professional development encouraged.
