Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in their early childhood development journey. In this vital role, you will create a warm, engaging classroom environment that promotes curiosity, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills. Your enthusiasm for teaching and dedication to child welfare will help shape the minds of tomorrow while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating atmosphere for every child. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that foster literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social development. Manage classroom activities with effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment. Support children with special education needs and early intervention strategies to promote inclusive learning experiences. Engage children in hands-on learning experiences that encourage exploration, creativity, and critical thinking. Monitor and assess each child's progress through observations, documentation, and standardized testing when appropriate. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate developmental milestones, behavioral insights, and classroom updates. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that adheres to childcare regulations and best practices in childhood development. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, behavior management, and classroom management strategies. Experience with special education techniques, early intervention programs, and literacy education methods. Familiarity with Montessori or other educational philosophies such as toddler care or preschool experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage with parents. Ability to implement teaching physical education activities and support overall child welfare initiatives. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; relevant experience in private school environments is advantageous.
