Join the dedicated and caring team at The Burlington Academy of Learning , where children and educators thrive in a supportive, enriching environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated Infant/ Waddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic early childhood professional with a heart for infant care and development.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting Background check completed and cleared CDA in Infant/Toddler Care is preferred (or in progress) Solid understanding of infant developmental milestones A team player with excellent communication and reliability Passion for providing a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for infants

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Creating a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment Planning engaging activities that promote infant growth and learning Following daily routines that meet infants' physical and emotional needs Communicating openly and positively with families Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
