Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood development goals. Supervise children to ensure a safe, nurturing classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning and behavior. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and special events. Implement behavior guidance strategies that promote social-emotional growth. Follow all licensing, regulatory, and Kinder Care policies and procedures.
