Job Description

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Farmington South Road center to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. In this role, you will design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and ensure children's health and safety. You will observe and document progress, communicate regularly with families, and collaborate with colleagues. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood development goals. Supervise children to ensure a safe, nurturing classroom environment. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and special events. Implement behavior guidance strategies that promote social-emotional growth. Follow all licensing, regulatory, and Kinder Care policies and procedures.
