In this role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support children's social-emotional and cognitive growth, and maintain a clean, well-organized classroom. You'll communicate regularly with families, collaborate with colleagues, and follow state licensing and safety standards. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily activities for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment aligned with health and safety standards. Observe, document, and report on children's developmental progress and behavior. Communicate regularly and professionally with families about children's learning and well-being. Support children's social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Collaborate with center staff to uphold Kinder Care's educational standards and policies. Manage classroom routines, including meals, rest time, and transitions. Participate in professional development and training to enhance teaching skills. Follow all state licensing regulations and center procedures. Promote an inclusive and respectful classroom culture that values diversity.
