KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Milford KinderCare learning center. In this role, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate activities that spark curiosity and support the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of young children. You'll maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom, closely supervise children, and follow all safety and health procedures. Teachers partner with families through regular communication, share progress updates, and collaborate with colleagues to refine curriculum and center practices. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to safety, health, and hygiene standards. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about child growth and classroom activities. Collaborate with center staff to support program goals and classroom operations. Maintain an organized, engaging, and clean learning environment. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
