Job Description
KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Monroe KinderCare center in Educational Services. In this role, you will nurture young children through developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences. You will design and deliver engaging lesson plans, ensure a safe, inclusive classroom, and build strong, trusting relationships with families. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities. Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children at all times, ensuring health and safety standards. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and classroom activities. Observe and document children's development and learning milestones. Collaborate with teammates to support center-wide programs and events. Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization in line with center policies. Follow state licensing regulations and Kinder Care policies and procedures. Support inclusion and respect for diverse backgrounds and learning needs. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
