The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. This role involves designing engaging lesson plans that align with developmental milestones and educational standards, while also incorporating play-based learning techniques. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Oversee daycare activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children. Educate children on basic concepts such as numbers, letters, colors, and shapes through interactive methods. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Understand and implement NAEYC criteria Experience Previous experience working with students in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred. but will train . Familiarity with lesson planning, behavior management techniques, and early childhood education standards is highly desirable.
