Job Summary We are seeking passionate and experienced Childcare Teachers to join our team in our Infant classrooms. In this role, you will create dynamic lesson plans, manage classroom activities, and support children's developmental milestones. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young learners and contribute to their overall well-being and growth. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development, literacy, math, physical education, and social skills Manage classroom environments to ensure safety, engagement, and positive behavior through effective behavior management strategies Plan and execute activities tailored to various age groups, including toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, milestones, and any concerns Collaborate with colleagues to enhance classroom management techniques and curriculum development Experience Proven experience working with children across different age groups in daycare or preschool settings Strong background in childhood development principles, classroom management, and lesson planning Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members Join us at Kidds & Co. where your dedication transforms young lives!
