We believe that early childhood is a time to build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning, and we're looking for educators who share that vision. What You'll Do Create a welcoming, safe, and nurturing classroom environment for children. Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development. Encourage learning through play, exploration, creativity, and hands-on experiences. Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators. Support each child's individual learning style and developmental needs. Use positive guidance techniques to encourage respectful behavior and social-emotional growth. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment. Complete daily observations, assessments, and required documentation. Communicate regularly with families regarding children's growth, accomplishments, and classroom activities. Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a supportive and positive school community.
