Provide attentive and compassionate care to children in a safe environment Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities and educational play Assist with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and nap times Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress and needs Maintain a clean and organized play area Support children's emotional and social development through positive interactions Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times Be flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of families

Requirements:

Previous experience in child care or as a nanny is preferred CPR and First Aid certification is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for children Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Background check required Flexible schedule to accommodate family needs
