KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Wallingford KinderCare learning center. In this role, you will create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where young children explore, learn, and grow. You will plan age-appropriate, play-based lessons that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, while maintaining strong communication with families. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that support early childhood development. Supervise children to ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Maintain classroom routines, organization, and cleanliness in line with center policies. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support center-wide programs and events. Observe and document children's growth, behavior, and learning milestones. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times.
