Full job description Exploring Child Learning Center is seeking a warm, responsive, and reflective Toddler Lead Teacher to join our Reggio Emilia-inspired community. We are looking for an educator who values relationships, respects toddlers as capable learners, and creates meaningful, play-based experiences rooted in curiosity and exploration.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and facilitate engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences for toddlers Observe and document children's learning to guide intentional planning Create a nurturing, safe, and responsive classroom environment Lead and support assistant teachers through collaboration and modeling Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication Ensure classroom practices meet licensing, health, and safety standards
Qualifications:
Experience working with toddlers (preferred) Strong understanding of early childhood development Excellent communication and teamwork skills CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Must pass background check and health screening If you are passionate about supporting toddlers through exploration, connection, and play, we'd love to welcome you to our team!
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
