Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and passionate Experienced Lead Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves planning and implementing engaging educational activities while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children, including those with disabilities. Provide individualized attention to each child to support their unique learning needs and developmental milestones. Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage appropriate conduct. Engage children in play-based learning activities that promote creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to child development and education. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning and exploration. Skills Strong background in early childhood education principles and practices. Experience in childcare or caregiving settings, particularly with infants and toddlers. Proficient in behavior management strategies to create a positive classroom atmosphere. Excellent classroom management skills to maintain an orderly learning environment. Ability to educate children effectively through engaging activities tailored to their developmental levels. Familiarity with working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable. Strong communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
