Job Description

Our main goal at Hartly Learning Academy is to provide a place for children to grow and learn. We are a close knit, family oriented center. We are looking for another person to join our family here in Hartly. We are seeking a full time certified teacher.
Job Duties include:
Preparing lesson plans, Plan field trips and/or special events for class. Implement curriculum Prepare regular, ongoing assessments of children's progress; discuss regularly with parents/guardians. Direct supervision of children. Promote positive relationship with families. Record attendance and give to office daily. Follow center policies and OCCL requirements at all times. Maintain a clean classroom. Direct supervision of ECE assistant staff and interns in class. Monitor teacher/child ratios, and adjust to maintain them Oversee and assign duties to classroom staff regarding cleaning & storage of materials. Assist admin team with implementing Quality Improvement Plans with guidance. Attend center meetings as requested. Participate in professional development.
