$500 Overview Join our dynamic early childhood education team as a Childcare Teacher, where your passion for nurturing young minds will inspire growth, curiosity, and confidence in children. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and supports children's social-emotional development. Engage children through interactive activities focused on curriculum development, early intervention strategies, and special education needs when applicable. Monitor and assess individual progress using standardized testing methods and provide tailored tutoring or support as needed. Collaborate with colleagues to manage classroom routines, organize educational materials, and ensure smooth daily operations. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones to foster strong home-school connections. Maintain detailed records of classroom activities, child welfare reports, and assessments to support ongoing educational planning. Requirements Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and teaching physical education or literacy education. Knowledge of special education techniques, early intervention programs, and behavior management strategies to support diverse learners. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and children while fostering a positive learning environment. Relevant certifications in early childhood education or Montessori training are preferred; ongoing professional development is encouraged. Ability to adapt teaching approaches for toddlers through preschool-aged children while maintaining safety standards in childcare settings. Passion for nurturing young learners' growth across multiple domains including social skills, cognitive abilities, and physical development. Pay:
$16.30 - $19.10 per hour
