Early Childhood Educator

St. Paul's Lutheran School is seeking a passionate, nurturing, and dependable Early Childhood Educator to join our growing school community for the upcoming school year. We are a faith-based program dedicated to providing a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children can grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. The ideal candidate is someone who has a genuine love for working with young children, values relationship-building with families, and is committed to creating meaningful learning experiences through play, exploration, and hands-on activities.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a warm, positive, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment Support children's academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth Implement engaging activities and learning experiences Maintain positive communication with families and staff Ensure classroom safety and compliance with licensing regulations Work collaboratively as part of a supportive school team

Qualifications:

Experience working with young children preferred DOE Certified Background in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for nurturing and educating children in a faith-based environment

Position Details:

Full-time and part-time opportunities available Hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. At St. Paul's Lutheran School, we believe in educating the whole child while fostering a lifelong love of learning grounded in faith, kindness, and community.

Pay:

$22.89 - $27.56 per hour
