Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full Time Twos Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for children aged two years old. Your primary focus will be fostering social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through innovative child development instruction and attentive caregiving. Duties Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of two-year-olds, incorporating early childhood education best practices Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being through attentive child supervision and classroom management Foster a warm, inclusive environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social skills development Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about each child's progress, behaviors, and milestones to promote a strong partnership Maintain a clean, organized classroom that supports effective learning experiences and adheres to health and safety standards including first aid and pediatric first aid protocols Support children's emotional regulation and behavior management through positive guidance strategies Collaborate with team members to plan activities that promote childhood development in areas such as language, motor skills, and social interaction Qualifications Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, especially with toddlers or in toddler care environments Knowledge of child development instruction principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, or willingness to obtain upon hire Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Strong classroom management skills combined with excellent child supervision abilities Effective communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Ability to create a nurturing environment that supports behavioral management and positive reinforcement strategies Previous daycare center experience or nannying/babysitting background preferred Join us in shaping the future by providing a caring, stimulating space where young children can thrive!
