Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe, document, and report on children's developmental progress. Collaborate with center staff to support program goals and activities. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
