Full Job Description Position:

Toddler Teacher We are currently seeking a strong, experienced Lead Toddler Teacher , along with qualified Preschool Teacher to join our team. Our goal is to nurture young learners by building a solid educational and faith-based foundation that supports their growth and prepares them for future academic success.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 45 DCF hours completed CDA or FCCPC credential preferred Previous experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children Certification in Child CPR (or willingness to obtain) About the

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans Use a variety of teaching methods (educational play, storytelling, hands-on activities) Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development Encourage positive interactions and guide conflict resolution Promote creativity through art, play, and structured learning activities Supervise children during all activities, ensuring safety at all times Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Track and communicate student progress with parents Collaborate with fellow staff to support overall classroom success
