Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Infant and Toddler Floater to join our dynamic early childhood education team. In this vital role, you will provide flexible, high-quality care and support across multiple classrooms, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our youngest learners. As a Floater, you will have the opportunity to work with infants and toddlers, assisting lead teachers and maintaining continuity in care while fostering developmentally appropriate activities. Your enthusiasm and adaptability will help create a positive atmosphere where children feel valued and supported every day. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development for infants and toddlers Provide attentive child supervision, ensuring safety at all times during indoor and outdoor activities Support diapering, feeding, nap times, and other daily routines with patience and care Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards including first aid and pediatric CPR protocols Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily experiences, milestones, and any concerns Collaborate with team members to manage classroom behavior and implement behavior management strategies that foster positive interactions Adapt quickly to different classroom needs by rotating between rooms as assigned to ensure consistent coverage and support Join us in creating a joyful learning environment where every child feels safe, loved, and inspired!
