Job Description Fulltime:

Teacher for ages 1-5 years old Hourly starting rate: $19.00

Shift:

Monday- Friday, 9am-6pm

5 paid days after 1 year of service. Job Description:

Friendly, well-organized and energetic teacher to educate children between the ages of 1 and up. Provide a loving, nurturing, learning atmosphere and work with each child individually on their current learning stage. Partner with parent/guardians on child's progress. Must be tech savvy; teachers are required to operate a mobile application that gives each parent a report of their child's day.

Job responsibilities:

(include but not limited to)

• Attend to children's basic needs by feeding them, dressing them, and changing their diapers and partner with parents on toilet training
• Teach basic skills such as color, shape, number and letter recognition, social skills, cognitive development, fine motor and gross motor skills
• Plan and organize activities in advanced; lead activities that are designed to promote physical, mental and social development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, storytelling and more
• Clean and organize classroom; Sanitize toys, surfaces and floors. Clean restrooms.
• Attend monthly staff meetings. Teachers are required to prepare lesson plans a month in advance. Teacher must also provide a list of supplies needed for lesson plan.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds continuously throughout the day

Work Experience and Education:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a preschool teacher in the state of Florida, must have solid references or college education and training
