Pelican Pay:

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on credentials and experience)

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM About the Role Whiz Kids Academy at Pelican is seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and experienced 3-Year-Old Teacher who is also flexible to support as a Floater when needed. This role is ideal for a team player who thrives in a dynamic childcare environment and is passionate about early childhood education. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a classroom of 3-year-old children in a safe, engaging, and structured environment Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant classroom Step into other classrooms as needed to provide coverage and support (floater responsibilities) Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and management

Qualifications Required:

Prior experience working in a childcare or early childhood setting

Required:

Completion of 45-hour DCF training

Preferred:
