Early Childhood Educators:
Lead 1-Year-Old Teacher (FT) & Afternoon Assistant Teacher (PT)

Pay Rate:
$14.00•$18.00 per hour (Depending on position, experience, and credentials)

Schedule:

We currently have two unique opportunities open depending on your schedule, experience, and career goals: Lead 1-Year-Old Teacher (Full-Time): Perfect for an experienced educator passionate about toddler milestones, sensory exploration, and early childhood development. Afternoon Assistant Teacher (Part-Time): Perfect for students, parents, or those looking to break into the childcare field while keeping their mornings free! Position 1: Lead 1-Year-Old Teacher (Full-Time)
Schedule:
Monday•Friday | Shift scheduled within operating hours (6:00 AM•6:00 PM)
Pay:
$14.00•$18.00/hour (Based on credentials)
Responsibilities:
Lead daily activities, lesson plans, and transitions for the 1-year-old classroom. Create a safe, active, and stimulating learning environment focused on sensory and motor skills. Maintain scheduled feeding, diapering, napping, and hygiene routines. Document and communicate children's daily progress and milestones with families. Supervise and collaborate effectively with assistant teachers and support staff.
Requirements:
Florida 45-Hour DCF Child Care Certification (Required). Previous experience teaching toddlers in a licensed childcare setting. Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is a major plus! Position 2: Afternoon Assistant Teacher (Part-Time)
Schedule:
Monday•Friday | Afternoon Shift (1:00 PM•6:00 PM)
Pay:
$14.00•$15.50/hour
Responsibilities:
Assist lead teachers with classroom management, outdoor play, and student supervision. Help manage afternoon routines, including snack distribution, diapering/restroom breaks, and end-of-day room cleaning. Provide warm, professional customer service to parents during afternoon pickup times.
Requirements:
Florida 45-Hour DCF Certification is highly preferred (or a willingness to begin training within 90 days of hire). Ability to maintain a consistent, reliable Monday-Friday afternoon schedule. Qualifications (For Both Roles) Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED required. CPR and First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Reliable, patient, nurturing, and team-oriented.
