Duties Provide attentive supervision and care to infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Design and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences Follow all mandated reporting laws and health guidelines to ensure compliance with safety standards Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum activities aligned with early childhood education principles Administer first aid or pediatric first aid when necessary, responding swiftly to any emergencies or health concerns Requirements Prior experience working with infants in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development stages and effective child supervision techniques Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Familiarity with special education strategies and experience working with children with disabilities is a plus Strong classroom management skills combined with behavior management expertise Ability to communicate effectively with parents, children, and team members in a professional manner Understanding of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Passion for early childhood education and nurturing young learners' growth Join us in creating a warm, enriching environment where infants can thrive!
