Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary:
We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom of 3-year-old children. The teacher will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based learning and age-appropriate activities.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement daily lessons and activities for 3-year-old children
  • Create a positive and welcoming classroom environment
  • Encourage learning through play, music, storytelling, art, and hands-on activities
  • Support children's social and emotional growth
  • Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and organization
  • Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress and behavior
  • Observe and document developmental milestones
  • Assist children with daily routines such as snack time, bathroom breaks, and nap time
  • Follow all school policies and state childcare regulations
Qualifications:
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
  • Knowledge of early childhood development
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Patient, creative, and dependable personality
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
  • CDA, Early Childhood Education certification, or related education preferred
  • Clean background
