Preschool Teacher

Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive behavior management. Plan engaging lessons that incorporate classroom management techniques, early intervention strategies, and differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs. Support children's emotional well-being by promoting positive interactions, conflict resolution, and child welfare practices. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, behavioral observations, and developmental milestones effectively. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods when appropriate to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly. Maintain accurate records of student development, attendance, and lesson plans in compliance with childcare regulations and school policies. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education standards, and classroom management techniques. Experience with curriculum development, literacy education, math instruction, physical education activities, and special education practices such as early intervention. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies like toddler care or preschool experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to implement behavior management strategies that promote positive social interactions and emotional health. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is desirable; ongoing professional development is encouraged.
